Pre-sale Service

Once recieve the inquiry, we will ask the clients some relative questions about the machine as soon as possible to confirm the conveyor or screener equipment model. And  provide professional technical documents to let the client know much about our equipment. At the same time, send them the most competitive quotation to the clients.

Sale Service

We will trace each process of the production, take the equipment pictures and video and build special and complete database for each machine, thereby supply our customer assistance at once when customer needs our after-sales service and production information.

Once the machine is finished, we will prepare for the shipping issue, provide the packing list, commercial invoice and some other declare documents carefully to guarantee the machine can ship to destination port and the clients can issue goods clearance in the local.

After-sale Service

When the machine reach the working site, we provide the client with installation guide and 12 months commission service. Once something is wrong, we can send our technician to maintain if necessary. we set up a database for the machine in the website, clients can keep in touch with us online to discuss the machine progressing.
