As we know, the screen mesh belongs to easy broken parts. The working life is different according to the material characteristic difference. If the material density is big and working time is long, the working life of the screen machine will be shorter. So the customers need to replace the screen mesh after using a period of time.

Round Screener Mesh Installation

Generally the customers replace the screen mesh only needs 3-5minutes, but some common problems will be met. e.g the screen installation is not tight, oversize products can’t go through completely or slow so that can’t reach the requested screening efficiency and capacity. Now I will tell the right screen mesh installation methods, and you can follow the steps to do.

1. Loose the clamps bolts, remove the top cover, turn the sealing strip, remove the pressure srip, take away the screen mesh.

2. Put the new working screen mesh on the linear screen, install the fix ring, pull it flat(not to tight) and leave 1cm, cut excess screen mesh and install the sealing strip.

3. Returen the top cover, fix the clamps, knock the clamps around with the soft hammer then screw the bolts.

If take away the net nack and punching plate in the process of replacing the screen mesh, you should pay attention the punching plate must be embedded within the groove bottom. If the linear screen brokes, can repair by yourself, in case can’t repair well, can send back us to maintain. So when you buy the screen machine, suggest buy one group linear screen(net nack) as spare.
