The MPG Gyratory Screener is much more convient for operation than M Series Gyratory Screener, especially on the structures of the screener. Now i will summarize the

structure advantage about the MPG gyratory screener.

1. One layer screen deck consist of several little and equal deck, because the weight of each little deck is light, so one person could finish work for replacing the screen deck.
2. Because one layer screen deck be separated into 4-8 pieces little deck, so they are just be the 1/4 or 1/8 compare previous one layer deck area, so it do not take much room when renewing the screen deck.

3. The screen mesh and support screen deck are segregative, and the cam wheel device could press the screen mesh and support deck together from bottom, if loosen the cam wheel device, the mesh and support deck will be separated, the customer just need take out the screen mesh and put in the new screen mesh, the renewing work is finished.
4. The inlet and outlet of equipment is not on the screen box two side, and we renew the screen mesh from two side of the screen box, so it does not affect the upstream equipments, we do not need release the flexible connect between the inlet and outlet, and not open the equipment from top, we could avoid the extra work.
